Thomas Leung's bond with the home-living trade began on the shop floor: as a department-store salesman he rose to become the company's top performer, and those frontline days taught him what Hong Kong families need in daily life. At 21 he resolved to build his own business, and in 2000 he founded Pro Logic International Limited (昇鋒國際有限公司).
Today the group owns six brands — Iplushome 愛家名品, Primada 寶康達, Pro Logic 保樂潔, Prologic Robotics, Home Make Taste 品味廚 and Rogic 朗見 — with over 500 selling points across Hong Kong, Macau, the mainland and Southeast Asia. Guided for years by a people-first philosophy, Thomas has developed practical products such as the fume-free range hood and the automatic window-cleaning robot, freeing people from tedious housework. Primada and Pro Logic have both been awarded the "Hong Kong Top Brand" title by the Hong Kong Brand Development Council, and the company has received the HKCSS "Caring Company" logo for five consecutive years. Beyond business, he serves as a Council Member of the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong and of the Hong Kong Brand Development Council, and organises staff visits to elderly homes, volunteer service and education donations. He believes that with integrity and sincerity — doing the work in front of you well, step by step — the road ahead opens of its own accord.
